Makes dwemer glass ebony daedric and dragon smithing now requires schematics to be made at a forge 
to get schematics you need to find you item you wanna make first then use one of the new disassembly tables located
pretty much every were you find workbench the meaning of this mod is to make it so you cant access the top level armours and weapons till your
at the level that they appear in shops and loot 

now you can only breakdown the non enchanted version of the item so I suggest using zebem Arcane Cleanser mod found here
