Skyrim and Skyrim + Hearthfire version availabe !

- Description -
Famous home in Whiterun resized, remodeled with a basement and with a new armor, shield, sword (1H) and bow.
The exterior stayed the same (except a chimney and totems at the door) to ensure compatibility
with mods that change Whiterun.
A version for those who HAVE Hearthfire and those who DON'T.
In HF version
Alchemy furnishing is allways available (even if you have childrens room)
Having childs room actually removes enchanter and and desk on the 2nd floor (images)
REQUIRED: HEARTHFIRE
(if you use HF version)
I did test how followers act and follow around the house (vanilla sistem and UFO)
I did not test how it works when you adopt a child or get married and ask your spouse to move in.
(I don't do that so feedback please)

- Features -
-> Navmeshed
-> Alchemy and enchanter (if you don't have childs room)
-> Unique armor, shield, sword (1H) and bow with stats similar to ebony
(less damage and armor, but lighter and more critical damage)
-> Secret room with 5 mannequins, 10 weapon racks, 5 shield and 2 weapon plaques
and trap door that leads outside Whiterun (under the rug)
-> Spare bed in the houscarls room (basement)
- Installation -
Save before you install !!!
You can install this mod before you buy and upgrade Breezehome
or
if you already own it and have it upgraded (if you do remember to remove your stuff !!!)
Helpful mod: Multiple Floor Sandboxing
- Known issues -
-> Skyrim Project Optimization (choose no homes version)
-> Alternate Start (places some weapons in the bedroom)
-> Enhanced Lights and FX (again choose no breezehome or homes)
-> Anything that changes Breezehome
