Replaces the bugged effect of Quick Reflexes with a 2 second boost to damage and armor.

Welcome to my first, but hopefully not last mod!
After many hours of experimentation I concluded I am not capable of fixing the infinite slow time loop that occurs with the Quick Reflexes perk*, so I made this as an alternative.
Instead of having time slow down, You gain a 50 armor bonus before you're struck by the power attack and a Fortify-One-Handed +100 for 2 seconds each. I feel like this stays true to the original intentions of the feat, as this encourages alternating between blocking and attacking in order to maximize efficiency. Any suggestions are welcome!
This mod should be compatible with anything and everything that doesn't modify the Quick Reflexes perk.
*The bug seems to originate within the Effect Archtype: Slow Time, rather than within the perk itself. I couldn't find any way to edit this from within the creation kit. If you know more about how to alter the archtypes please feel free to post in the comments :)
