Removes effects of Standing Stones on Solstheim. You can sleep safely and the workers don't go to the stones all the time so you can find NPCs in their regular locations.
I don't know how this affects the main quest! I haven't tried to complete it since. I'm only using this for role play and other reasons and have no intention of doing the Dragonborn quest. Posting this file here in case anyone else finds it useful.
