Rhea is a new follower added to the Banned Mare in Whiterun. She is a nord who will level up with and starts at level 10. She uses CBBE body and Ks Hairdos. She is not marriageable or recruitable for the Blades. These feature may appear in future mods but as this is my first I am going to keep it simple. She uses female commander for a voice and Default combat style.
