built on top of Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim by Enai Siaion required to use my mini-mod
this replaced the "Twin Enchantment" perk and replaces it with my version called "Insane Enchantment", as far as I can tell it is still affected by the "miracle" perk
basically a remake of by Unlimited Enchantments by Hawkeyea32, but redone for Ordinator
it should be compatible with any mod that is compatible with Ordinator
