I always disliked the dynamic snow that resembled elmers glue more then anything So i went ahead and removed it. This is part two of a summer\spring overhaul on working on but figured some folks might have a need for it. This will remove dynamic snow from lod objects aswell so keep that in mind for compatibility reasons other then that you shouldnt have a problems compatibility wise.
