This mod come in .BSA version ; in French and English.
For the stats, please look at the pictures.

Sorry for the ugly Agadez Cross symbol, this is my second - public - retexture mod ever.
No DLC or no other mods are required.
I used the modders ressource I've found here:
A Steel Heater Shield by Abakus
I'm not sure but this mod - maybe - doesn't work with any other mod who use the HeaterShield.esp or .dds textures - not tested atm.
Since I start in a new job, I've no time to mod/update/play at Skyrim.
Intended for the fellow races: Bosmer, Khajiit, Orc, Redguard, or any other desert-themed races.
Sorry for my bad English.
