Here is a small extension to vanilla BeeHiveHavokOnHit script by spawning a friendly Bee at the hive.

Bees have no AI features yet and making them go all buzzzzzy is another rabbit hole which I may go down at but here is the script in all its simplicity. It doesn't even require an esp slot because the beehives have this script in the vanilla game, but the only thing it does is help the beehive from falling until being hit down. This mod adds some bees that do nothing and a number of possibilities. Make this a mod of your own.

Beehives are quite rare in the wilderness. You can create one, jump and while a bit above the ground open the console and type player.placeatme a918c
If you are standing on the ground it will be created below the surface so you need to be a bit off the ground while giving the console command. :-)
