Due to some confusion caused by a disparity between the front cover and the comments I have posted in the forum, I thought I would clarify some stuff here.
This is a mod that allows you to play as  ghoul in skyrim, Version 1 does not require anything outside of a compatible skeleton, but is also a simplified version of the mod containing only the rinkaku (slightly op) and the bikaku (underpowered). In version 1, the ghoul heart is located in the abandoned shack near the whiterun watchtower. Activate the Ghoul Body to obtain it. This version is beast and custom race friendly!

ALL LATER VERSIONS OF THE MOD DO NOT USE THE GHOUL HEART NOR DO THEY SUPPORT NON HUMANOID RACES AT THE MOMENT!!!

In any of the later versions trying to summon the ghoul heart or force use the ghoul potion will result in a crash and possibly a broken game. You have to obtain the red child potion by entering anteiku, which is located near lakeview manor, and on the banks of the lake itself. If you enter anteiku and go to the basement there is a path into a custom home. on the desk is the red child potion, which is what you want to consume in order to turn into a ghoul. AS this version of the mod requires you to be a human, any other races using this potion will find issues with their kagune equipping and showing correctly. There is also an issue where the equipping of the kagune can cause you to lose the ability to interact with the world or open your inventory. This is due to a bugged quest that I am working on fixing! It is this quest that is currently causing issues with beast races as well!

Kagune

Rinkaku:

Rinkaku: Are a Ghoul type more focused on pure brute strength. They are unrelenting and deadly at close range, making them worthy opponents.
Their Rc Cells are also very active, allowing quick regeneration. Their drawback is being very fragile and broken easily.

Perks:
Life Steal, Stamina Drain, Melee DMG buffs, Out of Combat Health Regen Increased

Debuffs:
Weak to Magic





KouKaku: (incomplete)

Koukaku: Are very sturdy and speedy ghouls.
They can unleash fast Attacks and can also be very defensive, and are effective only at close range. The downside is that the Koukaku is heavy and cumbersome.

Perks:
Attack Speed, Melee DMG Buffs, DMG Reflection

Debuffs:
Decreased Stamina Regen





Ukaku: (incomplete)

Ukaku: Are a type of Ghoul that rely on speed more than power.
They excel at both short and long range combat, sending projectiles at enemies and unleashing quick attacks.
They are also very mobile. Their drawback is being short on stamina, and they will more often than not lose long fights.

Perks:
Movement Speed, Attack Speed

Debuffs:
Damaged Stamina Regen





Bikaku:

Bikaku: Is a Ghoul that is neither great nor horrible.
They have no great strengths yet no standout weaknesses either, making them good all around fighters. They also have great stability.

Perks:
Health/Mana/Stamina Regen, Unarmed DMG Buff, In Combat Health Regen







Chimera: (incomplete)

A mix between the Ukaku and the Rinkaku, the Chimera is a speedy ghoul without any real weaknesses.

Perks:
Attack speed, movement speed, life steal, melee dmg increased

Powers: 

Kagune Release-Released Kagune in order to feed or for aesthetic purposes, whatever you want

Kagune Dispel- Remove Kagune

Ghoul Feeding- Feed on corpses
