Compatibility patch for SNOW CITY and The Library of Windhelm.
Fixes the entry doorway to the Library inside the city and trapdoor outside the city wall.
If you think the trapdoor should be moved somewhere else let me know. It's placed a few meters from its original position but it doesn't really adjust to the surroundings. You don't end up inside the wall when you come out from underground, though. :-)

Cleaned with TES5Edit, safe to merge.
