The reason given by the author is: I made this mod when I had barely any modding experience and I'm concerned about some of the less than optimal choices I made. I am working on a new version of this mod, that redoes everything in a much better way. I may make compatible with my Simple Locational Damage Mod to create a crippled limb system.
