Nordic ruin-style player home in the hot springs of Eastmarch.

Description
Molagnen Sanctuary was built by an Altmer woman who attempted a rebellion against the Thalmor; the rebellion was put down quickly, and she was forced to flee Alinor to evade arrest. She came to Skyrim and turned a collapsed Nordic ruin out in the hot springs of Eastmarch into a sanctuary, where she lived for a short time before the Thalmor caught up to her. The sanctuary has been left empty for a worthy adventurer to find and make use of.
Located in the hot springs of Eastmarch, overlooking Morvunskr and Windhelm.

Stormsword
Elven Sword with boosted stats and disenchantable, unique enchantment:
- speed equivalent of dagger
- 15 points shock damage
- 15 points frost damage
- chance to paralyze for 2 seconds
Stormsword is located in the Atrium, on the table beside the throne.
Installation
Use Nexus Mod Manager, or open the .7z file with a program like Winrar and extract its contents to the Skyrim\Data folder.
To install manually-downloaded mods through NMM:
1. click the button with the green + to add mod from file
2. select this mod's 7z archive; NMM will download it normally
3. install it like you would any other NMM download

Compatibility
Mods that make changes to the location of the sanctuary will cause issues. I don't know of any, but pay attention to your mods.
