I have obtained specific permission from the current IP owners of all things "Toejam and Earl" - Greg Johnson at Humannature Studios. I have written proof that I will glady provide to any staff member that requests it.
With that said, if you want to do ANYTHING with these assets, you will need to contact them yourself for permission. If it ends up being ok with them, then would definitely be ok with me.
