Adds a new spell to the game that allows you to make others invisible.

I've always wanted to be able to make NPCs invisible, so I made this mod.
This mod adds a spell to the game through the leveled lists; cast it on a target within thirty feet and they will become invisible for thirty seconds. Normal rules apply to the NPC, for if they should commit any action the cloak will break.
This mod alters the following leveled lists:
LItemSpellTomes75AllIllusion
LItemSpellTomes75Illusion
LItemSpellTomes75Spells

For clarification, you only need to download one file. If you download or have downloaded an older version, you only need to get the newer one and have it overwrite the previous.
For extra clarification, the name of the spells added are "Invisibility on Target" and "Invisibility Dispel", with IDs of FC000D64 and FC00182A, respectively.
