This is a cozy player home for everyone, with working tables, custom storage containers, many bookshelfs and a beautiful exterior for relaxing.
Look at the last picture to know the location of the home.
It looks much better with various HD textures. For the trees I used Hoddminir's Trees and Plants Recource.
This Mod requires Dawnguard and the Dragonborn because I used a few things from the DLC's, otherwise they won't be loaded or maybe the game will crash I don't know.
Update 1.1
-adds a living room setted up for Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions with room for two
kids and spouse (see the pictures);
-adds a smithing area (see the pictures);
-fixes the issue with items flying arround the interior when opening containers or
doors, or even just entering the room;
-reduces greatly the interior lag by splitting the rooms into two cells;

-a few bug fixes;
-fixes the bug with swimming NPC's in whiterun (this bug happens to appear with
other mods too, even with no mods activated at all);
-adds a blacksmith merchant to the smithing area;
