Some items to create (with 5 books and by the console command) to decorate your homes...
They are most statics and containers, so you don't waste time to put things that fly away with a Fus Ro Dah...
Also modified some little things, like clutters and some news items to crafts too...

I highly recommand the Jaxonz Positioner to go with.

I don't know bug issues but this mod modifies interiors data so, I think mods that modify interior data shouldn't be compatible.

I recommand manual installation, with putting the meshes and textures files in the right direction :

C: /program files/Steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim/Data/meshes for the meshes files and 
C: /program files/Steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim/Data/textures for the textures files
