An estate with a wall around it located near Rorikstead (image) that is themed for a dragonslayer.
House is free, but you need to solve a riddle engraved on the tablet (image) by the previous owner
Notes for the displays are in the drawers under the book shelf (image)

-> Navmeshed inside and all around, so the only way to enter is through the 2 iron gates
-> Lockable iron gates outside
-> Optimized for better performance
-> Garden, Bees, Animals (2 cows and 4 chickens) and Alchemy Garden
-> Alchemy, Enchanting and Smithing inside
-> Displays: Dragon Claws, Dragon Priest Masks, Daedric Artifacts and Blades Collection
-> Bathroom with a bath, sauna, toilet and script to remove equipment (not the player)
-> Armory with 8 mannequins, 6 shield racks and 15 weapon racks
-> Room for 3 followers
-> Lots of idle markers for sandboxing
-> Secret room to store you treasures
