The new enchantment gives you strength when you pick up a melee weapon, thus increasing your damage output buy 30%, and fortifies your unarmed by 15 points.
You could disenchant it and make a even more powerful one since its an novice enchantment.
If ye don't like the 30%, go with the version 3 the old one has 50% melee hidden effect and 75 armor rating plus unarmed damage, at the cost of ye magic regen.Which is now completely rewritten under the hood.
