00: MOD DESCRIPTION
===========================

Powerful Perks Expanded (PPE) adds additional ranks to *nearly* every perk to include 10 full ranks.

PPE also rewards players who specialize in a specific skill tree/profession! Specializing in a skill is now far more awesome than being a "jack-of-all trades" character that can do everything.

01: UPDATES
===========================

[Feb10] MAJOR update (besure to uninstall and delete all OLD PPE.esp files!

- Fixed all dualcasting (please test and report issues)
- Fixed Many RANK issues for all skills...etc etc
- Previous ranks that vanished or displayed wrong should be fixed and show 10/10 (like Destruction Dual Casting)
- Fixed Muffled perk, values now properly apply
- Fixed Sneak Backstab (you no longer need the "half values" hack fix)
- Lowered DeadlyAim sneak multipliers to match Backstab values
- Fixed Enchanting so that MagicDamage is useful and no more overpowered 112% MagicResist enchants!

These option plugins offer additional tweaked perk ranks, load these AFTER the perks ESPs listed above.

--> 10 ranks, +100 (or+50) Carry Weight per rank.

--> 10 ranks, Changes "Dual Flurry" under One-Handed skill tree to a NEW perk called "Weapon Speed" that effects attack speed of ALL weapons (swords, dual wield, twohanded and bows!)

--> Alters Sneak/Backstab perk to apply to ALL weapons (including twohanded and bows!) You can further upgrade your backstab damage with other perks.

Removes helmet requirement from these perks: Cushioned, Well Fitted, Matching Set, Reflect Blows

05: ISSUES
===========================

*Hack and Slash is meant to be 3 ranks for now.

*Bugs in values are likely present, if you see something that doesnt seem right, let me know so I can fix it.

06: COMPATIBLITY WITH OTHER MODS
===========================

*PPE will conflict with other mods that alter perks, your best bet is to load PPE at the end of your load order. If you want another perk-mod to overwrite a change in PPE, load that mod after PPE.

*PPE is OKAY with mods that ADD NEW perks, weapons, armor or spells!!

*PPE will conflict with other mods that alter perk-related spell entries

*PPE should be compatible with mods that add weapons, armor, spells, UI and textures...etc

*PPE doesn't fully work if using a perk-reset mod. You'll get all your perk points back, but it will remember that you had already-assigned points, nothing I can do about this*

07: INSTALL/UNINSTALL
===========================

!!!WARNING!!!

It is highly recommended that you use PPE with a NEW SAVE game. Remember to back up all your save games BEFORE using PPE because it changes ALOT of perk data.

This mod WILL work with current saved game also, but back up your saves!

Place ESP files in your SKYRIM\DATA\ folder.
Activate them with NexusModManager(NMM).
Be sure to load "OPTIONAL" files after main PPE-Perk files.

To uninstall, deactivate the mod ESP files in NMM and delete the ESP files. Revert your save game if you backed it up.
