In this save only the main quests from vanilla and dlcs are completed , the rest of them aren't touched , not even 99.6% of the non-MQ locations found . So enjoy a world without main quests .

Very soon after you woke up Serana told you that after 2 months since the day you went missing she found you unconscious near Icewater Jetty and brought you to Fort Dawnguard .
