INSTALLATION

Copy/Cut to your Skyrim folder.
For example: (local disk)\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim.

ACTIVATION

In-Game, follow these steps:

Step 1. Open the console using the ~ button, which is to the left of the 1/! button, and above the Tab button.

Step 2. Left click on a guard or sometimes even a citizen that is associated with the bounty (For example, if you have bounty in Whiterun, Left click on a Whiterun guard or on Ysolda cause why not?).

Step 3. Type: bat bounty. 

Step 4. The game will automatically pay for the bounty, even if in game it is not possible.

EXTRA NOTES

This mod works as well if you've chosen the Stormcloaks's side in the CIvil War.

To make a file, so you can type in console the bat command. You just need to create a .txt file, write inside it the commands you want to be executed in game. And save it inside your Skyrim/Data folder.
