Update: Fixed mesh name so that Markarth horse mesh is properly detected. No more invisible markarth horse.

Tired of the fat, hairy nags in Skyrim? Horses are expensive, and should look like it! Have some high-quality Gypsy Horses! Enjoy some flashy draft horses with refined conformation and rare colors.

The new colors are:

Sabino Flaxen Black with blue eyes (replaces Black & White Horse)
Sabino Bay Dun with yellow eyes (Replaces Palomino horse)
Sabino Blue Roan Appaloosa with blue eyes (replaces gray horse)
Splash Brindle Black Dun aka Splash Brindle Grulla with blue eyes (replaces black horse - this looks more silver, but is a genetically black horse)
Flaxen Sorrel

You can replace my textures with any horse texture that works on vanilla horses. Feed your custom preferences! Simply rename the texture the same name as mine, and overwrite mine.

I kept the colors similar to what you would expect to find at each vanilla stables. The Gypsy Vanner Draft horse breed is known for flashy colors, but I couldn't resist putting in some colors that most likely won't be found in that breed. Most of the colors I added are rare no matter what breed.

The textures are tweaked to work with ENB, and the preset I use is RealVision. They will look quite a bit duller in vanilla skyrim, or based on what ENB preset you have.

I used Slof's textures from her various alternative horse packs as a base and tweaked them. Some are almost just like Slof's original textures, others are almost a new texture entirely. All of them are mares.

The mesh is the gypsy vanner breed mesh made by FieryMarigold, and is ENTIRELY HERS. I only used them to replace vanilla horses. I do not have permissions to edit her mesh.

NOTICE: FIX FOR THOSE WHO DON'T LIKE THE HOOF / HAIR / BELL-BOTTOM FLAIR ON THE LOWER LEGS!

'There were some complaints about some strangeness of the "hoof". I assume this means the feathers or hair below the knee. In Gypsy Vanners, the actual hooves are not visible because of all this hair, and that is what FieryMarigold tried to replicate in her mesh. HOWEVER, if you dislike the hair, it is easy to fix. I don't have permission to upload an edited version of her mesh because FieryMarigold says so. You will have to do it yourself, but its easy!!

1. Download NifSkope: http://niftools.sourceforge.net/wiki/NifSkope
2. Open any of the meshes from my mod in nifskope.
3. Use WASD keys while holding left-click in the render window to navigate around the model. Click the bell-bottom feet. You will see a net of white lines appear around them, so you know you have selected the correct body part.
4. Under a menu called "Block List" you will see "8 NiTriShape" highlighted in blue. Right click this, select block, remove. The bell-bottom feet will disappear, leaving vanilla horse legs.
5. Save changes.

If you ever re-install my mod in nexus mod manager, you will have to do this again unless you make your own .zip package with these changed meshes, import that into NMM as your own mod, install it and allow it to overwrite my mod's meshes.

If you want to do this, just make some folders on your desktop with the same pathway as in my .zip file: Data/Meshes/Actors/Horse/Character Assets/ and drop your custom meshes in there. Right click the Data file on your desktop and add to archive (you need 7zip). In NMM click the drop down arrow by the big green plus sign on the left-hand side. Choose "Add Mod From File" and add your zip file. Install it. If NMM asks to overwrite my files with yours, then you know you have made the folder path correctly.
