My sixth "full service" player home with room for several followers. Has lots of storage an armory and dungeon pool. Great mod for starting a new game or any level. Takes very little memory. No DLC required.

Haunted lady Castle

Back Story:
The old castle, once owned by the troublesome vampire "Voladin" has been lifeless
since he was killed some twenty years ago.
But on occasion, you may hear the sighs of his also deceased love "Loara"
as she hovers near Voladins coffin.
Are you brave enough to enter the castle and free her ghost? No one else has been since there has been a dragon terrorizing the area, but perhaps you will, and in doing so claim its ownership.

Haunted Lady Castle is my sixth player home model which has a little bit of a Halloween theme.
There are no quests or NPCs added to this mod in order to make it game friendly.
Features:
Most everything that you would desire in a player home ... bookshelves, full crafting, an armory, lots of storage, display cases, wall plaques, a tavern area, a dungeon with a full kitchen, follower beds and swimming area with waterfall. Oh, I almost forgot the working toilet, LOL!
It also features a garden with goats and chickens, an awesome deck with full smithing tools and lots of potions, scrolls, enchanted weapons, armors and hidden treasures,

UPDATE: Version 1.1 fixed crashes on load due to an unnessesary ApachiiSkyHair .ESM master file which has been unreferenced. Sorry for the disruption!!
I have tested the Navmesh and have cleaned the mod with Tes5edit so you should have no crashes unless you place it in the wrong spot in your load order or you have another mod located in the same Skyrim cell.
I suggest placing the .esp file near the bottom of the list first, then (if you have an issue) try it near the top of the load order but below the .esm's of course. I run around 70 mods, five being my other player homes and have had no issues with load order.
Installation:
Use Nexus Mod Manager to install or place the .esp file into your Skyrim data folder manually.
New 1.2 version has the "autostrip" nudity feature for the "Haunted Depths" pool and bath.
Do not download Version 1.2 if you do not want nudity in your mod.
This feature may not work with some custom armors or clothing, but almost all will be removed.
Feature works on NPC followers only, not the Dragonborn character.
