Its a bug fix for the enchantment of Dragonbane.
The bug is really not noticeable since Dragons don't have an armor rating (which is baffling because of the fact their skin is made up of scales you use for smithing armor) but if you get a mod that adds armor to dragons, Dragonbane's enchantment will always be resisted.
Because you probably have Deadly Dragons. A mod that adds Armor rating to them. Dragonbane max 40 damage is not that impressive.
The mod increases that power for 0.5% per 1 level in your one-handed skill.
Two versions
--One edits the weapon descriptions to show the current power of Dragonbane's enchantment.
--The other doesn't.
This is to avoid conflicts with the weapons.
As always, use Tes5edit to check conflicts and patch them up. It only takes a few minutes.
