Heya, and thanks for checking out my mod.  Sun's Rest is a player home mod I've been tinkering with on and off for a few days at the time of this writing.  It can be found west of Whiterun.  Once installed, it'll be marked on your map.  Also check the screenshots for its location and indoor / outdoor shots.

When I started constructing this home, I didn't really have a vision.  It represented a way to get more familiar with the Creation Kit.  As I was putting it together, I got more ideas and as such those ideas were implemented.  This mod isn't by any means going to take the Player Home category by storm.

This mod, although fully functional, should be considered a constant work in progress.  That shouldn't be mistaken for this mod having bugs.  Sun's Rest has been completely navmeshed, making it follower friendly.  Everything that should be interactive is interactive.  Be sure to stop by the Alchemy table in the basement.  There's a new spellbook.

I want to give special thanks to all the mod authors whose work and efforts I've enjoyed over the years.  Without their work, I wouldn't have drawn inspiration for this mod.  I also want to thank the community for being a community.  And last but certainly not least, my friends over at TES Gaming And Mods for their help.  You guys are the best.

If you have any suggestions, by all means leave a comment.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT INSTALLATION:

This mod was made with nothing but vanilla assets.  Therefore, it doesn't require any other mods to work.  With that said, please take heed of any and all overwrite messages.  Chances are if you're using mods like SMIM ( Static Mesh Improvement Mod ), this mod will attempt to overwrite the files.  Simply click "No" to each of the warning messages so you don't lose the optimized files.  The same principle might also be applied to Optimizer Textures, but I can't be certain since I don't use it myself.
