This mod is just a book with names, locations, descriptions, and bios on several targets the Thalmor could want dead. There are no rewards, it is just a list you can use to increase your play time in a Thalmor based play through once you get bored just looking for people who mention Talos and people who wear Talos pendants

What This Mod Does Do
Inserts a book into the game. you can read it.
duplicates a second book and places it in the game in an easier to get to location.
that's it.

What This Mod Doesn't Do
Let you join the Thalmor
send you on quests
grant you rewards
set anyone to non-essential
