Tsiya is a female khajiit from a old family line dating back to 3E 405 (DaggerFall), The Rokars have be known to produce some of the finest archers that ever come out of Elsweyr. Tsiya after completing her training and receiving her bow at the age of 216 moons (About age 18) Left for skyrim and soon fell in love with a town named Riften. Her Favorited Place is the Bee and Bar Tavern were she usually spends her free time. (Her Bow is Eleven make with a special enchantment.)
