9/26/15:
I've updated the file to fix some visual artifacts on a couple of the map markers. I also released an additional version that adds the matching compass markers. (I made it an alternate download so those who do not care for colored compass markers can download just the map markers version.)
*Note: Both of the Main Files in the downloads section include the colored Map Markers. (You do not need to download both files.)

I love both EzEs -Colored Map Markers- and Atlas Map Markers, however, I had hoped someone would reduce the size of EzEs -Colored Map Markers- to somewhat match the small size of Atlas Map Markers. After much time, no one seems to have done it so I set out to do it myself.
I am by no means a modder, and all I did was reduce the size of EzEs -Colored Map Markers- icons to be a similar size to the ones used in Atlas Map Markers. I take no credit for the creation of the actual markers, aside from resizing and repackaging them.
Hopefully, others will enjoy the combination as much as I do.
Please let me know of anything that may need to be fixed within the map markers, (I don't believe I have the compass icons working correctly yet, but I haven't had much time to test yet) and I will promptly update. Also note, I'm using the Realistic colors from EzEs -Colored Map Markers- and I'm using the SkyUI setup for Atlas Map Markers. If requested by enough, I will update the other EzEs -Colored Map Markers- colors for Atlas Map Markers as well.
NOTES:
1) You do not need EzEs -Colored Map Markers- or Atlas Map Markers to use this file. HOWEVER! I highly recommend downloading their original mods and endorsing them for their awesomeness! Aside from that, if you would like the option of the additional Map Markers that Atlas Map Markers has, please download and install that mod first, and then let this mod overwrite any files installed by Atlas Map Markers.

2) If you are getting a .swf error message when opening your map in game, don't worry, nothing is wrong! Please open the Mod Configuration Menu (MCM), find Sky UI, select the Advanced tab (within Sky UI) and uncheck the "Map Menu" option under "SWF Version Checking".
