With this update I've added a spare key to the lookout, in case you are one of the people who have the issue with the missing body. It's located in hollow tree stump right around the protruding cliff going north and west from the entrance to the lookout.
there is now fast-travel to the lower balcony (The Lookout Balcony) awailable - just walk out onto the balcony once to "discover" it
your horse will be teleportet to the cave entrance and wait there, just like when fast-traveling to The Lookout!

Please don't be confused by the file name - I went back to lookout.esp instead of adding the version number, to prevent a minor loading error when starting the game after an update. Ironically this change in naming this and future files might cause that very error, but if it does occur with you, simply exiting and restarting the game should promt it to properly load the file again. For future updates, this error will be avoided as the file name will stay the same.

DESCRIPTION:
This hidden abode once belonged to a great alchemist - and there is so much more to it than first meets the eye!
Looking up at the face of the mountain towering above the lower lands, tiered wooden structures can be made out nestled against the rock face. From there, you can see almost all of skyrim, and even dragons flying below.
Hidden in the stony core of the mountain lies a private cave system, made into a spacious and comfortable home, offering anything an adventurer of Skyrim could need in a unique and distinctive environment!
Don't just stumble across a conveniently abandoned mansion - this player home comes with a short, but fully immersive backstory! - various clues for the less ambitious explorers are provided below!

REQUIREMENTS:
Besides the Game itself, the mod doesn't require any other DLC.
LORE-FRIENDLINESS:
The mod is completely lore-friendly and fits well into the universe of Skyrim and Tamriel.
LOCATION:
The entrance is located just north-west of Northwind Mine - the easyes way to reach the Lookout is to travel to the neighboring mine and just walk across.
If you have not found Northwind Mine yet, there is a map marker for the Lookout provided for you, but you still have to find it in-game first before you can fast-travel there.

COMPATABILITY WITH OTHER MODS:
As far as I know this mod does not interfere with any other mods out there - if you do know of any, please tell me about it, so I can list that information here! :)
CONTAINER-SAFETY:
All containers on, inside, or under the structure are safe for storage.
FOLLOWERS:
the whole area has been fully navmeshed, and any followers should be able to follow you around as usual.

The door to the house itself is locked at the beginning - for those hardcore explorers and riddle-solvers out there - the key can be found outside somewhere around the structure! Think logically ;)

1) travel to either Northwind Mine or the map marker for the Lookout
2) follow the winding path down hill until you reach the paved road
3) turn left on the road and follow it down hill
4) when you come to a crossroads, turn left/west on the road and continue down hill/west
5) when the road starts to climb again, continue until it straightens out again
6) there should now be some stone walls to the left and right of the road
7) the body of the previous owner lies behind the stone wall on the left
