Or use a mod manager of your choosing.

COMPATIBILITY
Should be compatible with just about everything unless a mod also edits the skeleton footstep sound entries in the CK (unlikely).
Should work with Dawnguard added skeletons. (If it doesn't let me know!)
Should probably also work with mod added skeletons.
