A hidden perk is added to the player when this mod is installed. The perk silently adds a multiplier to all spells' magnitudes. At base skill, the magnitude is 1x (normal). At 100 skill, the magnitude increases to 3x. In order to keep the mod as clean and simple as possible, I did not alter any spells. Therefore, some spells may not be *exactly* at 3x, but they will still be in that ballpark. Examples:
Flames: 8 -> 26
Healing: 10 -> 30
This is passive, script-free and only adds 1 hidden perk. It requires no DLCs or mods, but the effects will be applied to custom spells, DLCs, etc. It is as neat and clean as it could possibly be, and affects all 5 schools.
Compatibility:
Should be compatible with just about anything.
Requirements:
None. Just vanilla Skyrim.
