Scalpel of Evisceration, handy tool... and weapon

This mod is a fusion of two different mods:
Scalpel by Ghosu (Required as masterfile for versions prior 1.2 )
and
Eviscerate Corpses by Zindaras
The idea actually came from a request on a comment in one of 'em and i was like "...meh, i can try" (haven't really been much around CK and such)
long story short: A scalpel that is both good for fighting/harvesting bowels (heart & flesh to be exact)
