A simple script that instantly grants all spells, shouts, enchantments, perks and levels until 81. You can repeat it over and over and level your character to infinity.
Extract to your skyrim folder
Normaly that would be: C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim
Unless you chose otherwise ofcourse.
start game and load your character. It doesn't need to be a new one.
open console with tilde ~ key (² key on azerty) and type:

bat pumpupgears

and press enter

close console with tilde key and watch you character get all the perks, spells and a shitload of items with every enchant there is plus 100 filled black soulgems. Best to do this while standing next to an enchanting table so you can disenchant them immediatly cause you're going to be overencumbered. then open your skills menu and start leveling up al the way to 81. 
If you then choose to, you can make all your skills legendary and just repeat the process by entering bat pumpupgears in console again. over and over and over again!
Sorry but it DOES'NT include any spells, perks or other... from any dlc.
