I was fiddling around with various armors and clothing in Skyrim, when I happened upon the Cultist set. I thought it was a good-looking set, except for the headwrap mask, so I edited that out and made this.
Both make and female versions are now classified as circlets, allowing for your character's head and hair to be visible. I did not make extra versions for the beast races, as I am not really that good at modeling. This was made just using Outfit Studio. It should go without saying, but there will be varying degrees of clipping with hair, depending on your choice of style.
I also tweaked the 'armored' parts of the Cultist set, to bring them in-line with the main outfit, so the gloves and mask have both lost their armor rating and are classified as clothing.
