About this mod

A small mod for Skyrim that can turn even a rabbit into a deadly opponent.

The successor to Deadly Monsters, an add-on for Deadly Dragons. Through SkyUI's MCM, Enemy Enhancer allows you to customize just how difficult your experience will be.

Description

There are difficulty settings in Skyrim and they are great, but they have a significant disadvantage - they affect player character only. So as soon as you get a follower or two your opponents are not a threat anymore. Enemy Enhancer allows you to fix that, chose an enemy type in MCM from available options and turn all enemies of that type into killing machines. Want certain enemies with 50,000 health that deal more than four times the damage of Legendary Dragons? You can do that. Just want more health for longer fights? You can do that.

Whatever your style, Enemy Enhancer allows you to adjust health, physical/magic damage, armor values, and resistances all independently of one another. No matter how ridiculously overpowered your Dragonborn is, your enemies can and will rise to the challenge. Make your changes and rush into combat, and adjust as needed. It's really that simple.

Requirements

Skyrim - latest version
SKSE
SkyUI
PapyrusUtil (optionally)

Options

Enemy type - allows to select a type of opponents which stats you're going to modify. Available types are: Humans, Undead, Creatures, Animals, dwemer machines, and Dragons.
Stats: Health/Magicka/Stamina - increases the selected attribute by a selected percentage, up to +1000%.
Armor Rating - increases the armor rating by a selected percentage, or adds the same amount as armor rating if an enemy has no armor.
Physical damage - increases the damage of melee and ranged weapons by a selected percentage.
Spell damage - increases the damage of Destruction spells by a selected percentage.
Spell resistance - increases the magic resistance by a selected percentage.
Level Scaling - increases all attributes by a selected percentage depending on PC level.
Polling interval - determines how fast this mod detects new enemies near your character.
Freeze mod - temporarily disable Enemy Enhancer.
Import/Export (requires PapyrusUtil to work) - allows you to import or export your settings from/to an external file.

Also, in version 1.1.0 added experimental "Modified Defenses" options, which allow to customize your opponents even more.
Despite it's being called "experimental" it isn't something that can break your game, and flagged as experimental just because this feature is not finished and does not affect every opponent that should be affected.

Notes

Keep in mind that this mod does not change enemy stats immediately if they already have been affected, i.e. in the same area with PC. Make your changes and go to a different location to see the changes you've made.

This mod does not change any vanilla records so it should be compatible with almost any mod here on Nexus. Enemy Enhancer adjusts you opponents' stats at runtime ('polling interval' in MCM determines how fast this mod detects new enemies near your character) so in theory it also should affect any opponents from vanilla game or added by mods, as long as they have vanilla keywords. Mods that change opponents' stats the same way as this mod does should be also compatible, and their changes will most likely be overwritten (need testing). You can also use your favorite settings on different characters if you have PapyrusUtil installed (it's optional).

Have fun.
