just east of Ilinaltas Deep, on the north Shore of Lake Ilinalte

--- Installation ---

v. 1.0: Install manually or with NMM - there is only one file in an archive
v. 1.1: There were no actual changs to the mod as far as the player-experience is concerned; it has was cleaned ith TES5Edit version 3.1.1 and thus should contain no more dirty edits
if this is your first downloaded version, see instructions for v. 1.0
if you are updating from v. 1.0, simply replace the old file (lakehouse.esp) with the new file (lakehouse_1_1.esp)
to make sure, you may want to remove all your in-game belongings from the containers before updating the mod

compatible with all other mods as far as I know, but player-immersion may be impaired if installed together with the mod "the asteria"
