Just wanted to add that I managed some how preserve an esp of the latest update before my skyrim broke
{i may have just not uploaded it}
anyway long story short I am back at it and due to
mostly the mods current "Dependant" state it has a fairly clean removal.
aka
dont be afraid to have a look ;)
(Beta Version has instant map marker)
key is found on the late lord Arin Imoru outside the manor
Basement key is some where in the house ;)

The Manor With a history you would have to live to believe....
Sitting in a nice quite cove around the corner from Morthal's township Imoru Manor was once home to talented mage and his wife,
Not long after settling into the house however Arrin's Wife drew ill and the old mage began delving deep into old books,
Years passed with many an experiemnt...
No one knows what became of the mage's wife and to this day people say the ghost of Arrin lingers at the manor...
