REQUIRES DRAGONBORN, DAWNGUARD, AND HEARTHFIRE DLC'S

Intro

This mod is a re-work of a small house mod I made a couple years ago, but with far more features as I now have a little more experience. I started working on this as my own house for a final playthrough of Skyrim attempting to complete the game and all DLC's, so I needed a house that would be able to:
-Display unique or important items
-House all crafting utilities
-Allow Hearthfire experience(children and farming)
-Navmeshed for Followers
-Encourage some roleplay

So I opened up the old ESP for my house in creation kit and got to work. The result of that is this, which I feel is quite polished and acceptable for my own playthrough and hopefully yours as well.

Description
The house itself is discoverable across the river on the road from Whiterun to Riverwood, near rapid waterfalls. Crossing the bridge to the home, you will find the treehouse infront of you, and to your left a forge underneath a rough gondola. The main house lies inbetween without interiors or load doors, and filled with displays and storage. Constructed from timber and largely salvaged dwemer items, the house is open with a clear view of Whiterun, featuring a small waterwheel driving a small dwemer pump delivering running water from the nearby waterfall to the alchemy station, kitchen area, and the hanging planters allowing the player to grow plants/crops.

The storage within the house is primarily General Stores storage, look for custom activators for smithing, smelting, tanning, food, potions, alchemical ingredients, books, and scrolls. These should allow you to sort and store items automatically, or in some cases access specialized storage for items.

The displays are not all evident forthright, I integrated General Stores and General Displays, both brilliant modder's resources and standalone mods, to create displays that populate as you complete the game and store your treasures. The Dragon claw displays, Bug Jars, Divine Necklaces, Elder Scrolls, and Dragon Priest masks all have activators to automatically take these items from your inventory and store them in cloud storage, displaying them automatically. Be aware that this is different from the way weapon racks and traditional displays work, but I feel it is better as you may never notice the difference, but they can be shown in multiple houses that support these mods. I have included the files for General Displays and General Stores in the mod, so you don't need to go download them first, HOWEVER, they deserve the credit and endorsements if you enjoy using this house.

-General Stores

-General Displays

The Daedric artifacts throughout the game are largely displayed on the bottom floor to the left of the claws on the shelves, but these lack an activator because I did not want to have all of them removed (as it takes even equipped items) from my inventory every time I wanted to display one. To display these items I suggest simply using the safe underneath the claw display to store all unique and rare items, as it fits in nicely and will auto-display items I have included on displays automatically, and they may be taken from the shelves afterward.

The faucets within the house have been scripted (myself, I hope that they work for you as they have for me) to turn on or off water as you wish, as well as a fishing rod on the small dock facing Whiterun that can be used to catch fish. Please leave feedback if anything else can be changed or added and I will do my best to accommodate.

Finally, the treehouse was added primarily just to function as the children's home for those who wish to adopt children. I did my best to make it pleasant however, faking an exterior on an interior cell.

To make the home yours and allow for child adoption you MUST DOWNLOAD "Heathfire multiple adoptions" MOD AND INSTALL IT.

After doing so, you simply enter the Treehouse interior and cast the spell given by that mod, "Bless Home". It will ask that you make the home your actual home, and accepting will grant you the ability to adopt children. They will travel to the house and sandbox around inside and outside the interior cell, (I did my best to accomplish proper navmeshing and setting up sandbox events).

Install Instructions

1. Download and install this mod, preferably through Mod Organizer or NMM (Manual install is generic, drop files in DATA folder)
2. Download and install Hearthfire multiple adoption mod here.
3. Activate GeneralStores.esm, GeneralDisplays.esm, GeneralDisplays - DB.esm, GeneralDisplays - DG.esm, and AlchemistSafehouse.esp.
(note: I did not know another way to accomplish integration of this mod within mine, if the multiple ESM's are an issue
please let me know how to fix it)

4. Load order should not be an issue, but my own places the ESMs after all other ESM's and the ESP at the end of the load order.
5. Please do not immediately save over your game, make a new save incase something doesn't work out, I don't want to be responsible for lost saves.

6. ENJOY!
