In the beginning of the game, if the player chooses Dark Elf as their race, Hadvar says something very strange. "Another refugee? Gods really have abandoned your people, Dark Elf. I'm sorry. We'll make sure your remains are returned to Morrowind." Hadvar implies that there are more dunmer refugees, but where are they? That is where

In the beginning of the game, if the player chooses to be a Dark Elf, Hadvar says, "Another refugee? Gods really have abandoned your people, Dark Elf. I'm sorry. We'll make sure your remains are returned to Morrowind." He implies that there are more Dunmer refugees, but where are they? They are no where to be found in Skyrim. This mod helps fix this break in the lore, by adding Dark Elf refugees. They are around the southern hold capitals (Markarth, Windhelm, Riften, and Falkreath). Because Dark Elves have an affinity for battle I also added rogue warriors (basically stronger bandits who will attack their own kind) scattered along the roads. There are also two beggars, one in Windhelm, and one in Riften, and a follower who walks around Riverwood.
(You can check if all of the characters have spawned by going to Riverwood, and looking for rogue warriors on the way to Windhelm)
