Adds Dawnguard Soldiers to each capital.

This mod adds 3 or more Dawnguard soldiers to each capital city in Skyrim. They will defend each city from dragon, vampire, and bandit attacks. And will aid you in combat if your dawnguard. They guard the entrances to the cites and they guard the Jarls, day and night. They are all unique and wont respawn after death, but they are marked as "protected" meaning only the player can kill them. They also act like guards, and will assist the local guards, Stormcloak and Imperial, in combat. They also, in rare cases, will attempt to make arrests on the player if no guard is close.
