This mod changes the message "You are carrying too much to be able to run." when encumbered to "You are encumbered.", out of respect for the long-standing RPG tradition of using the word "encumbrance" to refer the weight of one's character's gear, and "encumbered" to refer to a character who is carrying too much gear to be able to move at utmost efficiency.
