"Nightingale Enchantment" by UluEgo

A: Description
I've changed the default enchantment on the Nightingale Armor for my personal use. The new stats are as follows:

> Nightingale Armor: Increases your stamina by 20 points. / Carrying capacity increased by 20 points.
> Nightingale Hood: Prices are 20% better. / Can swim underwater without drowning.
> Nightingale Gloves: Double sneak attack damage with one-handed. / Bows do 20% more damage.
> Nightingale Boots: Wearer is muffled and moves silently. / You are 20% harder to detect.
