Introduction
----------------------
Long ago, there lived a tribe of snow people all across Skyrim known as the Yuki-Onna. Their natural affinity to ice granted them the gift of near-immunity to the cold as well as being able to wield strong Frost magic but at a price of being highly susceptible to fire. Being a nomadic tribe, they seldom settled down in any one place for long before venturing off again into the snowy landscape. The tribe simply vanished one winter without a trace of their existence ever left behind.
Shimo Shirayuki is the last known living Yuki-Onna in Skyrim. The place of her birth and what became of her parents has been a big of a mystery to her as those around her, a mystery she aims to solve one day. She has been living in a life of seclusion, only venturing out whenever the need arises. Due to her often timid personality, she has always been a bit of an outcast even by the mages of Winterhold. As such, she dwells in a sanctuary she has created for herself, right under the College. The knowledge of her presence has been somewhat of a secret among the elder mages for some time but ever since the incident that happened several years ago that almost encased the entire College in an eternal frozen coffin, they decided not to ever talk about it again and deny any affiliation of the College with her.

Since it uses the default NPC body, all body types should work.
However, if anyone can leave a comment about how their body types are working with my mod, especially ones that haven't been tested yet so I can properly make a note of them here, I would appreciate it muchly! :)
Installation
----------------------
NMM Install:
- Download the archive via NMM Download
- Activate mod in NMM
- Start Skyrim via SKSE and enjoy! :)
Manual Install:
- Download the archive via Manual Download
- Extract all contents (.esp and .bsa files) into the Skyrim\Data folder
- Start Skyrim via SKSE and enjoy! :)
Uninstallation
----------------------
Note: I recommend that you have Shimo dismissed and are not in Shimo's Ice Sanctuary or near the entrance when you save the game to minimize any issues that may arise.
NMM Uninstall:
- Deactivate mod in NMM
- Remove mod from list
- Done!
Manual Uninstall:
- Go to your Skyrim\Data folder
- Delete the KMShimoShirayuki.esp and KMShimoShirayuki.bsa files
- Done!

- Fixed the pathing problem with mod not showing the proper head mesh
- Disabled the Yuki-Onna race from being playable (not really ready for release yet, anyway)
- CK's inability to automatically match the color of the face and body was causing the neck seam to appear; it should be properly fixed now
- Created Yuki-Onna as its own separate race; it is currently a non-playable race
- Cleaned and re-merged the head mesh, hopefully reducing the neck seam issue

This is a follower that I have been working on for a long while now, mostly as a learning experience on making my own Skyrim mods. This also marks my very first mod here on the Nexus! I had lots of frustrations and fun while working on this mod, so I hope you all like it!
For those that wondered about her design, she is based on Mizore Shirayuki from the anime Rosario+Vampire. Her looks, features, and spell sets are to imitate the ones she was seen to have used in the anime.
Please do not upload and republish this elsewhere, including on the Steam Workshop, without my consent. This is solely a Nexus Mod exclusive unless I have otherwise stated.
Side note: This follower mod comes with her eyes as little extra for those that would like her eyes on their character. :) It's my own little custom texture for her and, although she doesn't need it for the eyes to appear as they are, I left it in there anyway (because I'm lazy and didn't want to go into deleting it). Feel free to use my custom eyes for other mods!
P.S. - Don't go falling off into that ravine!
