This mod adds the Boots Of Blinding Speed from TES Morrowind.

You can get these boots by killing the Kadjiit named Dar'zargo in Solitude, he is really strong. Don't worry, the guards won't arrest you.

Or just add them with console command player.additem xx000d62 1

Installation:
Just drop Textures and .esp file into Data folder and activate in launcher. 

Features:

• Boots make you run faster!
• Boots make you blind!
• You can even run on water!
