If you want her to look like she does in the images I use CBBE for her body and textures I also use an ENB. She might look different for you depending on the ENB, body and textures that you use.
Install:
You can install with NMM.
Manually download it, unzip it and place it into your Skyrim/Data/SKSE/Plugins/CharGen/Presets
In game, pull up the console command and type showracemenu and hit enter, pick Nord race, hit the the preset tab and load the presets by using F9 and pick Helena.
