Stump Cottage is a fully navmeshed, unique player home next to Falkreath. It's basically a house in a giant tree stump. Has three unowned beds, cooking, oven, alchemy table, enchanter, a Shrine of Julianos and several containers, all of them are safe. Perfect for a character who wants to live close to the nature. Requires all DLCs.
