This is the fourth mod in The Elder Scrolls V: Expanded Series, Yorgrim Wall. This settlement is just south of Fort Kastav on the border between Winterhold and the Pale. 

Can be considered Lore-Friendly however, there was never a settlement in Arena by that name.
