                                                      Welcome to Cozy Lakeside Cabin

This is a very cozy one room Hobbit style cabin on the shore of lake Ilinalta not far across from the three guardian stones.
It is placed at a beautiful location by the lake and has a nice garden surrounding it and a stream enters the lake in front of it.
This is a perfect starter home or a nice second or third home to stop over; the cabin has two beds, both give the well rested bonus; a cooking pot, an oven and plenty labeled food storage.
It has an alchemy lab, an enchanter, a workbench and a tanning rack. There is lots and lots of storage, both labeled like for books and spirits etc. and non labeled like the dressers and chest but all are safe for storage.

This spot always appealed to me for camping and I wanted  a more permanent structure for some time; a Hobbit style dwelling seemed to offer the best of comfort inside and low profile on the outside to blend well into the landscape, which has been changed minimally.
There are also some water lilies and reeds planted in the lake close to the cabin and some additional critter spawn points.

For those using "crafting requires tools" there is a tool provided for each crafting style around the house.
There are no weapon racks or mannequins and that is quite on purpose, please do not ask for them. There is plenty of storage to sort your loot and I think that you will find the assigned storage very useful. It is after all just a one room cabin.

Credits and special notes:
A special thanks goes to RefurbMadness who created the round windows for this home and those are not available as a resource at this time, please respect that. All the custom container meshes used in this mod are also by RefurbMadness and her wonderful resources.
A big thanks to elinen for "Hoddminir Plants and Trees" for the water lilies and reeds.
A big thanks to Bethesda for this awesome game and the Nexus for enabling us to share on this site.
The trees in the screenshots are from "Tamriel Reloaded Trees" which I highly recommend; the choice of any flora or landscape mods will of course differ the look of the place from the screenshots.
For a full-size Hobbit dwelling check out my original "Island Hobbit Home"
The custom Enchanting table in the screenshot you can get here.
The custom horse in the screenshots is from "Northstar Repose"
Really want a Smelter with the place? I recommend using "Heart Craft" and you can place a smelter anyplace you like.

Compatibility and use:
This mod should be compatible with anything unless another mod that edits the same location.
Use this mod at your own risk and always back up your save before trying a new mod; I take no responsibility for any issues arising from the use of this mod.
Conflicts:
The location of the house will reportedly conflict with "Moon and Star", "Skullcave Island", "Dovandale Lodge".

Installation:
Use the green tab to install with NMM or for manual install click the manual install bar, extract the files and place them into your Data folder, if asked to overwrite an existing file click yes to all. To update simply override the old file, esp. name has not changed so you won't loose anything in containers, meshes and texture folders are the same.
This mod has been cleaned with TES5Edit.

Changes:
V1.6, by request I added an anvil outside and an enchanting table with storage inside. Navmeshed the inside.

V1.7, fixed an issue with the exterior navmesh so that followers can now exit the house.

V1.8, Added a grindstone to the outside near the Anvil and a storage chest for crafting material; moved the two honeycombs to better fit with Trees introduced by Tamriel Reloaded trees. Inside turned the Soulgem chest around to face the Enchanter when open. Believe this really is the final. (guess not...)

V-GS3, This is a version for use with General Stores and adds many storage activators around the house. Get General Stores here.

V-1.9, Interior; removed the two support columns in the center of the room to open up the floor while maintaining a cozy single room feel; changed the master bed to match the rest of the furniture and it is an open version without the post and board enclosure, its pelt covers fit better with the rustic feel of the place and it is more accessible; added a small table with candle and light source by the bed, added a drape over the bed as a visual divider and makes the bed seem less exposed, changed ownership to player faction; on single bed changed ownership to none; swapped the dresser by the enchanter for a two shelf open bookcase with activators, I used a cupboard model for this so if you step close you also get to activate the hidden compartment of the cupboard, farther away the book case activators appear; added some floor pelts and moved a few decor items around.
Exterior; changed the window glass to a warm yellow to reflect the warm interior, this is not the same yellow glass as in the previously released 1.8GS version, but a new mesh with a warmer tint, special thanks to Refurbmadness.
Changed the fish barrel by the forge to an empty safe storage barrel for Ore, added a custom container (pile of Ingots) in the arch under the window behind the forge for Ingots, added some tools, moved a couple mushroom patches around the forge.
I did not add a tanning rack outside this time as in 1.8GS, because I felt it would make the place too crowded and there are mods that add portable tanning racks you can place wherever you want, so instead of cluttering up the landscape visually I recommend that approach and use Campfire for example to obtain a portable tanning rack.

V-1.9.1, Added the well rested perk to the player master bed, added a potion shelf custom container above the alchemy lab, adjusted light source in that area, added some clutter in kitchen;
Outside shortened the roof covering the entrance to make it less an obstacle, added a saw horse in the garden for decor, added a trough by the forge, removed the wheat stack in the garden but added three outside the fence.

V-1.9.1GS, Basically the same home with added General Stores activators for sorting and storing your stuff; by necessity some minor detail changes of clutter otherwise identical.

V-1.9.2, Gave the master bed a unique ID hopefully this will fix some players not getting the well rested bonus.
Added a butter churn outside.
V-1.9.2.GS, same deal but for the General Store version.

V-2.1, The Cozy Lake Cabin now has a bathing room!
Added a bathing room connected to the main room via an open corridor, it has a tub, fireplace, window to the outside and the follower bed was moved in here with another dresser. Fixed the well rested bonus on the master bed this time for good. Added some arched support beams by the master bed to fill in gaps visible from the bed.
Switched out the bookshelf in the main room to a regular open shelf not a cupboard with open shelf's.
IMPORTANT IF YOU ARE UPDATING FROM 1.9.2 OR OLDER!!
The old one had the "hidden compartment" you could access if looking at the base of the shelf. If you actually used that REMOVE YOUR ITEMS OR THEY WILL BE GONE! This arrangement caused problems with the bookshelves and was just a bad idea. All other containers should be safe to update with your gear in them, I did it and had no issue, but if you want to be totally safe empty all your containers if you value whats in them before you update.

Exterior; added a window where the bathing room is, and a chimney above it; also added a piece to the hillside to make more sense to where the bathing room and its window is.
Rearranged the crafting area outside to make room for the third window.

V-2.1GS, Same changes as 2.1 plus added containers inside and outside for the General Stores storage and sorting system. So the interior has several added or differing static objects that serve as containers. I added a few more specialized containers than in the previous GS version, so the new dresser in the bathing room is also a GS container for armor and clothing in this version. By the writing desk in the main room there is now a stack of books that is a GS books container.  This is the version I personally use, hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
As for containers, same thing as in the description above as far as the bookshelf goes, all other regular containers kept their content when I updated but if you want to be safe empty them first. All items in General Stores containers are totally safe as they are their own storage system!

V-2.2 and 2.2GS; small bugfix! UPDATING FROM 2.1 IS FINE FOR ITEMS IN CONTAINERS!
Fixed a collision issue in the bathing room where one could walk through the walls next to the fire place into the void. This is now fixed in both versions and it is an issue with that particular CK piece not having collision.
Side note; forgot to indicate that in 2.1 I moved the shrine of Akatosh from the main room into the bathing room.

V-2.3 and 2.3GS; another small bugfix relevant only for followers!
Fixed a Navmesh issue, where two vertices in the hall were broken and prevented followers from navigating the hallway. Narrowed the navmesh somewhat in hall. Tested to work with follower; keep in mind most followers keep a certain distance to you the PC and this is a VERY small home, so they may take their time to follow you all the way into the bathroom but that is nothing I have control over and is not a navmesh issue.
Same fix applied in 2.3GS version also.
