Tired of dragons literally being easier than a troop of bandits possibly one of the more anti-climatic fights in the game. I myself use Deadly Dragons and it helps a lot, of course I have to not be lazy and actually set the menu and depending on my character set the levels higher or lower. I have made a script free Dragon enhancer which  will work with the great Deadly Dragons in particular. It makes dragons more aggressive and gives them the ability to heal damage during combat since we can agree they might have a pretty good constitution. I currently use it with Deadly Dragons and the battles.... last. This is was inspired by combat evolved but this is for Dragons. 

Dragons Changes: HP regen during combat, increased dmg in some fields, tweaked some Ai settings within DragonRace template in Skyim.esp The author of DCO feels this may not be completely compatible with his mod.  However this is lightweight and can be uninstalled with out an issue.
